An effort to protect, maintain and restore bird populations and their natural habitats. Birds have an important role in the ecosystem as seed dispersers, pest controllers, and environmental health indicators. In this case involving various stakeholders, including the government, conservation institutions, scientists, and the community, is very important to achieve success in bird conservation.

Improving homestay management

Increasing Human Resources (HR) capacity is a key step in improving organizational performance.
